Terms and Conditions – Vanessa Lougoon

You acknowledge that by making any purchase through vanessalougoon.com and acknowledging you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions, you are entering an agreement with ‘Vanessa Lougoon’ (ABN: 19 258 110 536) on the following Terms and Conditions.

PRODUCTS

Payment

Full payment must be made prior to receiving your product.

Refunds & Damaged Goods

Payments are non-refundable. There are no refunds for change of mind.
In the case of product damage (e.g. books), you will be posted a new copy.

Shipping

Shipping for paperback books is for Australian addresses only. You will be sent an email from vanessa@vanessalougoon.com with a tracking number once your item has been processed, usually within 2 business days from purchase.

SERVICES

Payment and Refunds

Full payment must be made prior to receiving your quantum power activation session.

Payments are non-refundable. If you change your mind and no longer wish to participate, you may request a full refund minus the payment processing fee no less than 5 days prior to your session.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us by emailing vanessa@vanessalougoon.com.

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your refund request, using the same means of payment as your original purchase.

Sessions

All sessions are conducted via Zoom. You will be emailed the Zoom link prior to the session.

Recording Policy

To maintain the integrity and effectiveness of quantum power activation, sessions are not recorded. Clients receive a comprehensive Quantum Qualities Report within 48 hours of the session for implementation and reference.

Cancellations and No Shows

We understand that circumstances may prevent you from attending your scheduled session. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours notice by emailing vanessa@vanessalougoon.com.

If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 48 hours of your scheduled time or are a no-show, you will be charged the full fee of that session.

You are responsible for ensuring correct time zone selection when booking your appointment.

You accept that Vanessa may need to reschedule appointments due to circumstances beyond her control (e.g. illness) and agree to liaise in good faith to reschedule.

Confidentiality

All information exchanged during sessions is strictly confidential. You and Vanessa agree that session content will be treated as such by both parties.

You agree not to make any comment or representation that may disparage, defame or negatively affect Vanessa or her reputation.

If you wish to share your session experience with any media outlet, network or publisher, you must obtain Vanessa’s prior written consent.

Medical Disclaimer and Liability

Although Vanessa shares her expertise in quantum power activation to create immediate shifts, she acts as a catalyst for your transformation. Your active participation is essential. While Vanessa provides precise quantum activation and guidance, implementation is ultimately your responsibility.

You accept that participating in sessions may include some level of emotional and physical adjustment, both during and following the session. As an intentional participant in your transformation, you agree to accept full responsibility for your wellbeing and choices, and will in no way hold Vanessa liable for any consequences you create as a result of your session.

You acknowledge that you are choosing to participate in a quantum power activation session that combines precise alignment, direct activation, and strategic guidance. This is delivered in good faith to provide immediate transformation and is subject to your own implementation. This service is not intended to constitute medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

You acknowledge that Vanessa’s work is innovative in nature, and she uses her best endeavours to deliver precise activation that is practical and actionable to your current situation. You agree to act respectfully and in good faith throughout the session.
