Terms and Conditions – Vanessa Lougoon

You acknowledge that by making any purchase through vanessalougoon.com and acknowledging you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions, you are entering an agreement with ‘Vanessa Lougoon’ from ‘Purity Consciousness Mastery Hub’ (ABN: 19 258 110 536) on the following Terms and Conditions.

PRODUCTS

Payment

Full payment must be made prior to receiving your product.

Refunds & Damaged Goods

Payments are non-refundable. There are no refunds for change of mind.

In the case of product damage (e.g. books), you will be posted a new copy.

Shipping

Shipping for paperback books is for Australian addresses only. You will be sent an email from vanessa@vanessalougoon.com with a tracking number once your item has been processed, usually within 2 business days from purchase.

SERVICES

Payment and Refunds

Full payment must be made prior to receiving your service if you chose the 1-time payment option. If you chose a multi-payment option, this must be paid in full according to the agreement of that service, and the first payment must be received prior to receiving your service.

Please note that the monthly payment plan is not a monthly subscription and you will remain responsible for all outstanding payments once the refund period has expired or the consultations have been completed. Any missed or forfeited payments will result in an immediate suspension of your services until the outstanding payment is received.

Where applicable, you will be sent an email immediately after purchase requesting additional information, including a booking link to book your consultations.

Payments are non-refundable. If you change your mind and no longer wish to participate in the one-on-one consultation service, you may request a full refund minus the payment processing fee no less than 5 days prior to your first consultation.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by emailing vanessa@vanessalougoon.com or admin@purityconsciousnessmasteryhub.com.

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your refund request. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order.

Consultations

All consultations are conducted via Zoom. You will be emailed the Zoom link prior to the consultation.

Consultations must be booked as per the purchase offer (e.g. 6 consecutive weeks).

Cancellations and No Shows

We understand that life presents unforeseen circumstances that may prevent you from committing to your scheduled appointment. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment. You can inform us of your decision by emailing vanessa@vanessalougoon.com or admin@purityconsciousnessmasteryhub.com

Vanessa has a limited schedule for her one-on-one consultations. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment or you are a no-show, you will be charged the full fee of that appointment.

In the event that your service is suspended due to outstanding payments, any consultations scheduled will be treated as a no-show.

Vanessa serves International clients. If you are travelling across time zones between the time when you booked your appointment and your chosen appointed time, it is your responsibility to ensure that you have selected the correct timezone for where you will be for your chosen appointment time.

You accept that Vanessa may be required to reschedule appointments in the event that Vanessa is rendered unavailable due to circumstances beyond her control (e.g. illness, etc.) and you agree to liaise in good faith the rescheduling of any appointment as a result of Vanessa requiring to amend a booking for any reason.

Confidentiality

All information exchanged during consultations are to be kept strictly confidential. You and Vanessa agree that the matters discussed during your consultation are confidential and will be treated as such by you and Vanessa.

You agree that you will not make (or authorise) any comment or representation that may disparage, defame or negatively affect Vanessa or her reputation (including any negative and/or misleading comments regarding the content of any consultation).

Without limiting the foregoing, you agree that you may not make any false or misleading representations, or otherwise make untruthful comments, regarding your consultation or Vanessa. If you wish to share or disclose your consultation experience (or any related matter) with any representative of any media outlet, network or publisher, you must obtain Vanessa’s prior written consent (which may be withheld at her absolute discretion).

You agree that Vanessa offers you the option to record the consultation, and by doing so, you acknowledge that neither party shall not make the recording available to the public without the prior consent of both parties.
You acknowledge that the recording of your consultation is valuable to Vanessa, as is Vanessa’s reputation, and you agree that you will not publish, share, disseminate or communicate this recording to a third party, or allow any person to do the same, and if you do so, that in any way defames or affects Vanessa’s reputation, understand that appropriate legal action will be pursued by Vanessa.

If you require Vanessa to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA), a AUD$50 administration will be added to the service.

Medical Disclaimer and Liability

Although Vanessa shares her skills, knowledge, and experience to help you achieve your goals, Vanessa acts as a catalyst for your transformation potential, therefore, your active participation is essential to your success. While Vanessa performs quantum healing, offers intuitive insights and guidance on actions, whether you utilise this is ultimately up to you. You are 100 per cent responsible for creating your own experience. Taking new action towards your goals is essential to your transformation process, and this will get you out of your comfort zone.

You (the client) accept that participating in consultations with Vanessa may include some level of emotional and physical discomfort, both during and following the consultation period. As an intentional and conscious participant in your growth, you (the client) agree to accept full responsibility for your health, wellbeing, and choices, and will no way hold Vanessa (the practitioner) liable for any emotional or physical discomfort sustained, or whatever consequences you create as a result of your consultations.

You acknowledge that you are choosing to participate in a consultation that combines intuitive insight, quantum healing, and strategic action guidance that is delivered to you in good faith to provide you with insight and guidance of thought, and is subject to your own personal interpretation and is not intended to constitute medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

You acknowledge that Vanessa’s work is innovative and abstract in nature, and she uses her best endeavours to utilise the full potential of her gifts and her ability to access your soul blueprint to deliver information that is practical and actionable to your current goals, and you agree to act respectfully and in good faith throughout the consultation period, and you agree to participate with an open mind.

Other

Due to the nature of the soul blueprint, not all soul blueprint records can be accessed due to various reasons. If Vanessa is unable to access your soul blueprint, you accept that Vanessa will terminate the consultation and you will receive a full refund.
